The Ultimate Clean Treat: Protein Scrolls
You won’t want to scroll past this one! Whether you're a gym-goer looking to refuel post-workout or someone who simply craves a snack with an extra protein boost, these protein scrolls are your ticket to a guilt-free indulgence.

INGREDIENTS:
• 2/3 cups flour
• 170g tub of greek yogurt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 serving of ALTERED NUTRITION 100% Isolate (any flavour)
• 1 small banana
• Manuka honey
• Coconut sugar
METHOD:
- In a mixing bowl combine your flour, yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Knead dough and rollout with rolling pin.
- Fill with your honey, coconut sugar and banana (amount is up to you).
- Roll the scroll tight enough so it doesn’t unfold and bake till golden.
- In a small bowl combine 1 scoop of protein with a dash of water so it becomes a syrup and drizzle over your scrolls!
