Protein Banana Bread Trifle

In the dynamic arena of sports nutrition, we recognize the need for a balanced diet that caters to our active lifestyles. So, we're excited to share with you another great recipe from the incredibly gifted Hayley (formerly @thecleantreatlady).

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just someone who enjoys hitting the gym, this recipe strikes the perfect chord between flavour and functionality. It's not just about satisfying your sweet tooth; it's about providing your body with the nutrients it craves.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 thick slice banana bread 

• 1 banana yoghurt by YoPRO 

• 1 serving of ALTERED NUTRITION 100% WPI (any flavour!)

• 1/3 of a banana

 

METHOD:

  1. In a small bowl, combine your protein with a dash of water and stir it until it becomes a syrup-like consistency.
  2. Dice up your slice of banana bread.
  3. Now layer your trifle! (I did two layers... beginning with half the banana bread, half the yogurt, half the protein drizzle and repeat!)
  4. Top with a cube of banana bread and banana 🤤
