Almond & Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes! Do we really need to say more? Its pancakes and ALTERED NUTRITION Protein! In 4 easy steps... you can't go wrong. This is WINNING!

 

INGREDIENTS

Batter:


• 1 medium banana

• 1 egg

• 1 tbsp almond butter

• 2 tbsp almond flour (or protein)

• 1 tbsp white choc chips 

Topping ingredients:


• Coconut yogurt

• Ground cinnamon

• 1-2 tbsp 100% Isolate

(1-2 tbsp whey protein and only a dash of water)

 

METHOD:

  1. Mash banana with fork.
  2. Whisk through egg.
  3. Mix through remaining ingredients. 
  4. Pan fry till golden brown.

 

Top with ingredients listed above or anything your heart desires! To make a delicious protein drizzle (highly recommend), mix the 100% Isolate with a dash of water until it creates a syrup-like consistency.
