WHAT YOU NEED:
12g Wild Raspberry BCAA’s by JD Nutraceuticals
1 tbs Rose Water
- Add 2.5 cups of water to a pot and 1 scoop of JD Nutraceuticals Wild Raspberry BCAA’s – allow to simmer
- In a different bowl add gelatine and 1/2 cup cold water and mix well.
- Remove the simmering BCAA and water mix from the heat and add the gelatine mixture. Stir well until dissolved. Add rose water and stir well.
- Pour into a 16cm by 16cm silicon tray and place into a fridge and allow to set for at least 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, cut into squares and powder them with arrowroot flour.
