PROTEIN SCROLLS

You won’t want to scroll past this one haha. Check these delicious protein treats!

INGREDIENTS:

• 2/3 cups flour

• 170g tub of greek yogurt by @chobaniau 

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 serving of vanilla or gingerbread protein @jdn_supplements 

• 1 small banana

• Manuka honey

• coconut sugar

 

METHOD:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine your flour, yogurt and vanilla extract.
  2. Knead dough and rollout with rolling pin.
  3. Fill with your honey, coconut sugar and banana (amount is up to you).
  4. Roll the scroll tight enough so it doesn’t unfold and bake till golden.
  5. In a small bowl combine 1 serving of protein with a dash of water so it becomes a syrup and drizzle over your scrolls!
