WHAT YOU NEED:
- Pre-heat oven to 190
- Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well mixed.
- Prepare a silicon tray for the biscuit. Use just over a table spoon of mixture per biscuit and shape them into a cookie using a fork to press down on each biscuit.
- Bake for about 25 min. Until brown on top.
