• 1 medium banana
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 2 tbsp almond flour (or protein)
• 1 tbsp white choc chips @noshufoods
• coconut yogurt @purecocobella
• ground cinnamon
• Vanilla protein drizzle @jdn_supplements
(1-2 tbsp whey protein and only a dash of water)
- Mash banana with fork.
- whisk through egg.
- mix through remaining ingredients.
- pan fry till golden brown.
